Bounceback Physiotherapy provides physiotherapy consultations and treatment services. You may schedule appointments, make payments, and manage your bookings through our website or mobile platform.

2. Booking & Appointments

You may book sessions online through our official platform.
Appointment slots are subject to availability.
Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking.

3. Payments

Payments for appointments must be made in advance through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway.
All payment transactions are subject to Razorpay's terms and conditions.
Bounceback Physiotherapy is not responsible for any payment issues arising from third-party platforms.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.

5. No Medical Emergency Services

Our online booking and consultation services are not suitable for medical emergencies. In case of an emergency, please contact your nearest hospital or emergency services immediately.

6. User Conduct

By using our platform, you agree not to:

Misrepresent your identity or purpose.
Interfere with the operation of the platform.
Use the service for unauthorized or unlawful purposes.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
